Missing Items
I am missing some items from my order. What should I do?
Our products may be shipped separately based on your order. For example, if your order includes items from different warehouses, they may arrive in multiple deliveries. The remaining items may arrive soon. If you have concerns, please contact us.
Order Cancellation
Can I cancel my order?
All changes or cancellations must be requested by email at sales@galaxybeads.com.
Please include your full name and order number in the email.
Shipping Countries
Can it be sent to my country?
We ship to most countries worldwide, except those subject to UN, US, or OFAC sanctions.
Payment Methods
How can I pay?
You can pay using:
- Visa or MasterCard credit card
- PayPal (PayPal balance or credit card)
- T/T wire transfer
After completing a wire transfer, please send us the payment voucher. Once the payment is confirmed, we will ship your order immediately.
Order Processing
How long after payment will my order be shipped?
Normally, we complete and ship orders within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you via email or phone.
Stock Availability
Are all products in stock?
Most products are in stock. Items that are out of stock will be clearly marked.
In rare cases, inventory discrepancies may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will notify you by email and issue a partial refund.
Color Differences
Color differences of the beads
Due to different production batches, glass beads may show slight color variations. For example, Czech glass beads may vary subtly between batches. This is normal and not considered a quality issue.
Electroplated Products – Color Protection
The durability of electroplated colors depends on usage and storage conditions.
Please avoid high-humidity environments. Exposure to seawater, sweat, or chemicals may affect color longevity.
