I am missing some items from my order. What should I do?
Our products are shipped separately based on your order. For example, if it includes goods from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The remaining goods may arrive soon.

Can I cancel my order?
All changes or cancellations should be made by emailing sales@galaxybeads.com. Be sure to include your full name and order number.

Can it be sent to my country?
We ship to countries around the world. (Except countries subject to UN, US, and OFAC sanctions.)

How to pay?
You can pay directly with a Visa or MasterCard credit card. You can also use PayPal (PayPal balance or credit card) or T/T wire transfer.
After wire transfer, please send us a payment voucher. When we receive the money, we will ship the item immediately.

How long after payment?
Normally, we will complete the order within 72 hours (weekends and holidays will be delayed). In the event of an unexpected delay in delivery, we will contact you via email or phone.

Are all the goods in stock?
Normally, products are in stock. Products without stock will be clearly marked. In rare cases, there may be data deviations, and we will proactively contact you. If the item is paid after stock out, we will notify you via email and issue you a partial refund.

The color difference of the beads.
The production batches of glass beads may have color differences. For example, Czech jewelry beads may have subtle color differences between different batches. This is not a quality issue.

Color protection of electroplated products.
As for the color retention time of color-coated products, there are significant differences depending on the use. Please avoid storing in high humidity environments. The erosion of color by seawater and sweat can have a certain impact.
